Delivery

We offer fast delivery throughout Sweden within 5–7 business days. You can also pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. At checkout, you choose the date and delivery method: pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm, get delivery to a DHL service point for SEK 90, or choose home delivery for SEK 399.

Pricing & Subscription

The price stated is the monthly cost for the minimum rental period you choose (e.g. 3+, 6+, or 12+ months). The "+" symbol indicates that the subscription automatically renews after the minimum rental period has passed, but it can be canceled at any time with no commitment. You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription via your customer account.

Your subscription starts on your chosen delivery date. The first monthly fee is paid at the time of order. Thereafter, the fee is debited monthly starting one month after the delivery date.

Damage, wear & repair

We maintain and repair damage that occurs during normal use at no extra cost.

If you add Parently's Damage Protection, we also cover damage that may arise from more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about damage protection and our view on use and care.

Returns & exchanges

You can easily return (SEK 90 per label) or exchange your product via your customer account or by contacting us. Exchanges incur a fee of SEK 249.

TinySeats' new SeatCase is the perfect protection for your TinySeats Two when you're on the move. Its durable hard shell and padded insert protect both the seat and its ISOFIX attachments from shocks and impacts, especially important during check-in for flights.

Once you arrive at your destination, the SeatCase can easily be collapsed using its accordion-style design to save space in your luggage. Its compact design makes it easy to store, even when not in use.

The four sturdy wheels allow the TinySeats SeatCase to roll smoothly in all directions, ensuring a more convenient and comfortable journey.

The SeatCase also includes a dedicated pocket for a GPS tracker (not included), so you can always keep track of its location.

By removing the padded insert, the SeatCase can double as a regular suitcase—practical for all types of travel!

How to rent from Parently

  1. Select the minimum rental period (e.g. 6+ months).
  2. At checkout, choose your delivery method and desired delivery date.
  3. Pay the first rental fee directly when ordering. Thereafter, you pay monthly.
  4. Use the product for as long as you wish, and if your needs change, you can always switch to another product.
  5. Once the minimum rental period you selected has passed, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
