Have you found a product you want to rent? On this page, you will find all the information about the delivery and pickup options we offer when you rent from us. Take a look and choose the option that makes your experience as easy and smooth as possible!

Delivery options

  • Delivery to service point (DHL)

    Cost: SEK 90 per package
    (SEK 149 for short-term rental under 3 months)

    • Choose the flexible option to pick up your product when it suits you best. We deliver to all DHL service points in Sweden within 5-7 business days.

    • Please note: If you do not pick up your package on time, a fee of SEK 199 will be charged.
  • Home delivery (DHL)

    Cost: SEK 340 per package
    (SEK 390 for short-term rental under 3 months)

    • Possibly the most convenient option for those who want delivery directly to their home.
    • We offer home delivery on weekdays and Saturday mornings.

Pickup options

  • Pick up at our warehouse in Stockholm

    Cost: Free

    • Self-pickup is the fastest way to receive your product. We offer pickup within 3 days of you placing your order.
    • If you need the product even faster, within 1-2 days, you can contact us and we will do our best to arrange an express pickup.
    • Pick up your order at our warehouse at Götgatan 1B, 172 30 Sundbyberg on the delivery day you selected when placing your order.
    • Opening hours are Monday-Friday 10 AM - 4 PM. If the warehouse is not staffed during this time, you can scan the QR code at our self-pickup location to register your pickup.
  • Pick up at Arlanda

    Cost: 299 SEK (includes pick-up and return)

    • For selected short-term products rented for a maximum of 3 months, we offer pick-up and return at Arlanda Airport.
    • Pick-up and return take place at the baggage storage on floor 1, Terminal 5.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Sweden, both to postal agents and directly to your home.

Selected short-term products can also be collected at Arlanda. See our range and read more here.

Can I choose which agent my order is delivered to?

You cannot choose a specific agent when placing your order, but DHL usually selects the agent closest to your home address.

How long is the delivery time?

We deliver to all DHL service points in Sweden within 5-7 business days. In Stockholm, we offer a pickup option that is available within 3 business days after you place your order.

Please contact us at hej@parently.se if you need express delivery or pickup, and we will try to arrange it.

I haven't received any information about my delivery – when will it arrive?

As soon as your order has been packed, you will automatically receive delivery information and a tracking link. Keep an eye on the inbox of the email address you used when placing the order. If it is more than 4 days until the delivery date, the tracking link is probably not available yet.

Should I keep the product's packaging?

We recommend that you keep and store the product's packaging during the rental period. This facilitates the return process and provides the right conditions for a safe delivery, which enables us to rent out the product to the next family.

When does my subscription start?

The subscription starts when you collect/receive the product.
