At Parently, we know that children use products in their own way - scratches, marks, and signs of wear are just part of the experience. We want you to feel comfortable using the rented product as your own. If anything breaks during regular use, we’ll replace it free of charge, so minor issues don’t become a worry. You can choose to add Parently's travel/damage coverage, which also covers damages and wear that may occur with intense use. In that case, charges will only apply in cases of misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

If your product breaks during normal use, contact us and we will quickly arrange replacement parts or a substitute item. We strive to resolve the issue within 48 hours of you contacting us.

We understand that children will use products as children do, so scratches and wear and tear are perfectly alright. If needed, we will provide spare parts. You don't have to worry about minor damages. Only significant damages caused by obvious mishandling need to be compensated for.

This rarely happens, but if it does, please send an email tohej@parently.seand we will get back to you. For more expensive products, we recommend that you ensure that your products are covered by your home insurance or take out separate insurance for the products as we may charge you for the total estimated replacement value of the product.
