We offer fast delivery throughout Sweden within 5–7 business days. You can also pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. At checkout, you choose the date and delivery method: pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm, get delivery to a DHL service point for SEK 90, or choose home delivery for SEK 399.

The price stated is the monthly cost for the minimum rental period you choose (e.g. 3+, 6+, or 12+ months). The "+" symbol indicates that the subscription automatically renews after the minimum rental period has passed, but it can be canceled at any time with no commitment. You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription via your customer account.
Your subscription starts on your chosen delivery date. The first monthly fee is paid at the time of order. Thereafter, the fee is debited monthly starting one month after the delivery date.

We maintain and repair damage that occurs during normal use at no extra cost.
If you add Parently's Damage Protection, we also cover damage that may arise from more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about damage protection and our view on use and care.
Returns & exchanges
Returns & exchanges
You can easily return (SEK 90 per label) or exchange your product via your customer account or by contacting us. Exchanges incur a fee of SEK 249.
