Delivery

We offer fast delivery throughout Sweden within 5–7 business days. You can also pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. At checkout, you choose the date and delivery method: pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm, get delivery to a DHL service point for SEK 90, or choose home delivery for SEK 399.

Pricing & Subscription

The price stated is the monthly cost for the minimum rental period you choose (e.g. 3+, 6+, or 12+ months). The "+" symbol indicates that the subscription automatically renews after the minimum rental period has passed, but it can be canceled at any time with no commitment. You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription via your customer account.

Your subscription starts on your chosen delivery date. The first monthly fee is paid at the time of order. Thereafter, the fee is debited monthly starting one month after the delivery date.

Damage, wear & repair

We maintain and repair damage that occurs during normal use at no extra cost.

If you add Parently's Damage Protection, we also cover damage that may arise from more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about damage protection and our view on use and care.

Returns & exchanges

You can easily return (SEK 90 per label) or exchange your product via your customer account or by contacting us. Exchanges incur a fee of SEK 249.

This bundle from Membantu includes everything you need to create a peaceful sleeping space for your baby – a cradle, stand, and cradle bouncer. The cradle, with its flat base, offers a comfortable and safe sleeping place, while the soft, soothing motion of the bouncer helps your baby relax and sleep better.

Note: This product is only suitable for babies who cannot sit up by themselves, roll over, or pull themselves up on hands or knees.

  • Cradle: Features a flat and spacious sleeping surface, giving your baby room to grow and move. Made from organic cotton and equipped with a firm, breathable mattress for a comfortable and safe sleep environment.
  • Max weight capacity: 15 kg
  • Cradle weight/dimensions: 2.9 kg / Length: 85 cm, Width: 40 cm, Height: 32.5 cm
  • Cradle Stand: A compact, easy-to-assemble stand that can be moved around easily. Height: 216 cm, Floor area: 125 cm. Ensure there’s enough space under the cradle when the safety strap of the spring is fully extended during assembly.
  • Cradle Bouncer: Gentle, natural movements that help your baby fall asleep faster, with app-controlled speed and timing adjustments, a precision timer with 10 speed settings, a quiet motor with minimal noise, and secure suspension. Danish design focused on safety and comfort, developed in collaboration with sleep experts.
  • Safety: The cradle is tested and approved according to European safety standards EN 1130:2019/AC:2020. The mattress has been tested and approved according to BS 7177.
  • Care: The soft, organic cotton fabric is easy to remove and machine washable at 30°C.

How to rent from Parently

  1. Select the minimum rental period (e.g. 6+ months).
  2. At checkout, choose your delivery method and desired delivery date.
  3. Pay the first rental fee directly when ordering. Thereafter, you pay monthly.
  4. Use the product for as long as you wish, and if your needs change, you can always switch to another product.
  5. Once the minimum rental period you selected has passed, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
