In any case, the Parently team is dedicated to delivering excellent rental service and support whenever possible. If something breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. If it breaks due to improper use, we can still help with repairs, but in that case we need to charge the cost of repair and spare parts.
