Where do I pick up and drop off my rented products?
You can pick up and drop off your rented products at Smarte Carte, Parently’ partner at Arlanda. You’ll find them in Terminal 5, Level 1, by the luggage storage / lost and found. The pickup is just 2 minutes walking when exiting arrival hall at Terminal 5.

You can pick up and drop off your rental products between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Monday to Friday, and between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Have an early flight? You can request an earlier pick-up or drop off time. Once you are at the Smarte Carte counter, call (+46) 070-9559550, and their staff will arrive within 15 minutes to assist you.
