Each "Travel Ready" product is carefully inspected to meet high safety standards. We do not refurbish "Travel Ready" products, but we always make sure they are fully functional and hygienically cleaned. If any part of a product is broken, we of course replace it, but no cosmetic improvements are made. The color of the products may vary and is not guaranteed. Product color is not guaranteed and may vary.

We offer fast delivery across Sweden within 5–7 business days. You can pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. Select your delivery date and method at checkout, and choose from the following options: pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm, delivery to a DHL service point for SEK 149, or choose home delivery for SEK 390.

For this product, you also have the option to pick up and return at Arlanda Airport for SEK 299 (includes both pickup and return). Learn more here.

Your rental period starts on the delivery date you choose. The full rental fee is charged at the time of order.

We maintain and repair damage that occurs due to normal use at no extra cost.

If you add Parently's Travel Coverage, we also cover damage that may occur due to more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about the travel coverage and our view on usage and maintenance.

Return the product by the last day of your rental period in the same way it was delivered. After placing your order, you will get access to the return portal, where you can easily create a return shipping label.
