Delivery

We offer fast delivery across Sweden within 5–7 business days. You can pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. Select your delivery date and method at checkout, and choose from the following options: pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm, delivery to a DHL service point for SEK 90, or choose home delivery for SEK 340.

Price & Subscription

The displayed price is the monthly rental fee based on the minimum rental period of your choice (e.g., 3+, 6+, or 12+ months). The “+” symbol indicates that the subscription will automatically renew once the minimum rental period has passed, but it can be canceled at any time without commitment. You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription through your customer account.

Your subscription starts on the delivery date you choose. The first monthly fee is paid at the time of ordering. After that, the fee is charged monthly starting one month after the delivery date.

Damage, Wear, & Repair

We maintain and repair damage that occurs due to normal use at no extra cost.

If you add Parently's Damage Coverage, we also cover damage that may occur due to more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about the damage coverage and our view on usage and maintenance.

Returns & Exchanges

You can easily return or exchange your product through your customer account or by contacting us. A fee of SEK 249 applies for exchanges.

The Urban Glide 3 is designed for families on the go and is suitable for both newborns and toddlers. With its lightweight and aerodynamic design, this jogging stroller glides smoothly over any terrain. The ergonomic, adjustable handle and the sought-after footrest ensure comfort and safety for both parent and child. Additionally, the pushchair easily folds with one hand for quick and convenient storage.
