Products marked with "BUYOUT OPTION" on the product page can be purchased within the first 3 months of renting.

If you want to buy a product that you are renting, please send us an email within this period to get a price. The rental fee you've already paid will be deducted from the purchase price. Once the final invoice is paid, the rental period ends, and the product is officially yours!

Delivery

We offer fast delivery across Sweden within 5–7 business days. You can pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. Select your delivery date and method at checkout, and choose from the following options: pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm, delivery to a DHL service point for SEK 90, or choose home delivery for SEK 340.

Price & Subscription

The displayed price is the monthly rental fee based on the minimum rental period of your choice (e.g., 3+, 6+, or 12+ months). The “+” symbol indicates that the subscription will automatically renew once the minimum rental period has passed, but it can be canceled at any time without commitment. You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription through your customer account.

Your subscription starts on the delivery date you choose. The first monthly fee is paid at the time of ordering. After that, the fee is charged monthly starting one month after the delivery date.

Damage, Wear, & Repair

We maintain and repair damage that occurs due to normal use at no extra cost.

If you add Parently's Damage Coverage, we also cover damage that may occur due to more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about the damage coverage and our view on usage and maintenance.

Returns & Exchanges

You can easily return or exchange your product through your customer account or by contacting us. A fee of SEK 249 applies for exchanges.

Car compatibility

TinySeats is a standardized i-Size car seat and therefore works for installation in the back seat of most cars. The i-Size symbol looks like this: I-Size Symbol
It is specifically indicated for the different seats in the car. In modern cars, the i-Size symbol is often found on the car seat itself. If you are unsure, they refer to the car's owner's manual.

How to Rent and Buy from Parently

  1. Choose the minimum rental period for the product (e.g., 6+ months).
  2. Select your delivery method and preferred delivery date at checkout.
  3. Pay the first rental fee when placing your order, then continue paying monthly.
  4. Use the product for as long as you like, with the option to buy it at any time during the first three months.
  5. Once the minimum rental period you selected has passed, you can cancel your subscription at any time or swap it for another product if your needs change.
