Parently Refund Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defects or damages

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (eg food, flowers or plants), customized products (eg special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (eg e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Change items

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and when the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
